1. General Terms
By booking an appointment with After Glow Aesthetics & Wellness, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below. These terms apply to all services and are subject to change without prior notice. We recommend checking this page periodically for any updates.
2. Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or online.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! However, to respect our providers' time and other clients:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted via phone call, text, or email. Messages sent outside of business hours will be processed the following business day.
4. No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice:

A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in service refusal.
5. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment options.

Cash is not accepted unless arranged in advance.
6. Refunds & Product Returns

All services are non-refundable.

Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and accompanied by a receipt. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
7. Medical Disclosure
Clients are required to complete a medical and skin history form prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment options or outcomes.
8. Minors Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive most services unless accompanied by a legal guardian and with written consent.

To maintain a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, children and minors not receiving services must remain under adult supervision at all times. Unsupervised minors are not permitted in treatment or waiting areas.
